BE-B.Tech. & ME/M Tech in relevant sub.
Engineering: with 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B Tech or ME/M Tech MBA: First Class or equivalent in master's degree in administration/ sociology or equivalent & 2 yrs relevant experiences.

2.Associate Prof:-

Qualification as above & PhD or
Engineering & MBA: Equivalent in appropriate discipline. 5 yrs Experience in teaching / research/ industry of which at least 2 yrs shall be at post Ph.D.

3.Professor:-

Qualification as above + Post Ph.D.
Engineering & MBA: Publications & guiding Ph.D. students. 10 yrs. Experience of which at least 5 yrs should be at level of Associate Professor.

4.Principal / Director:-

Qualification as Professor + Post Ph.D
Publications & guiding Ph.D. Students. 10 yrs. Exp. of which 5 yrs at level of professor.
